LOVESTRUCK :     Æon Flux Fantasies!

I recently purchased a DVD of Peter Chung’s classic masterpiece “Æon Flux”, the animated sci-fi television series that borders the SURREAL, sensual and sadistic. I remember having watched this one-of-a-kind cartoon back when I was a kiddo glued to MTV. At first glance, the visual style was appalling because of the rather sickly and demented bodily figures of the characters. But then overtime, because of the enigmatic storyline and raunchy scenes, I became ENGROSSED with the series…

I was especially infatuated with the sleek and sensational Æon Flux, her being a scantily-clad temptress with a very nasty disposition! She’s such a woman I can easily fall for, AGGRESSIVE, dangerous, a bit mental and yet so feminine and fragile even with all that ammo and acrobatic prowess. Denise Poirier did such a convincing work voicing her, making the character even more adorable. Poor old Trevor Goodchild, even with all that power and intellect, he can never have that bitch all by himself. Maybe in real life, my submissiveness may just work on her like a charm. What do you guys think?

CONFIRMED :     Breaking my Cellphone Celibacy!

At last! After 1 full year and 10 additional days of “cellphone celibacy”, my life as a TEXTER is back on track. As some of you guys and gals know, I was robbed of the mobile phone my office issued to me last year on that fateful date of 12 August 2004. How the hell can I forget?! The trauma of those two creeps ganging up on me inside a moving vehicle, threatening to stab me point blank if I don’t surrender my unit is a very memorable experience. Also, I filed 2 police reports to that effect but eventually, nothing happened to the case…

What’s important is I have one now. I am GRATEFUL to my sister for having accompanied me last weekend to canvass and buy my very own mobile unit package. I didn’t go for the high-end phones with semi-PDA functions and video capability. What’s important to me is that I can SMS/MMS/e-mail my acquaintances everywhere in the world in a SINGLE communication device. And so here I am now with a new Nokia 6610i – all brand new (still a virgin so to speak), open line and dressed to kill!

Sure the unit has its own PERKS such as FM radio function, GPRS connectivity, integrated camera and many more but hey, what’s important is it works wonders to my lifestyle! Now, I am just a single text message away from my friends’ unplanned gigs.
